What software did you use? We used Adobe Premiere Pro CC to edit the clips and render the final ident. We also used Adobe After Effects CC to create the end scene. We also used Adobe Photoshop CC to create some of the end scene. How did you edit it? The footage we filmed on all takes was very shaky. This was due to limmited equiptment as there were no tripods or dollys available during the time we had selected to film. Instead we used a sholder mount camera and walked to film the shots we needed. to fix the shakyness we used a built in effect called warp stablise. this helped with the shakyness and made the film look more professional. we also used adobe after effects to create the end scene for our ident. We created the objects in Photoshop and then added them to after effects. We then used key framing to move the objects and create a animation of the objects moving. Did you use any transitions?
Yes we used a single transmission from the film to the end scene. The end scene is dropped in to the frame and bounces. This was done using key framing. we also used morph cuts to cut out parts of the film, where noting was happening. This was done to reduce the overall time of the ident and to keep the ident moving instead of viewers waiting for the next part. Sound We had a mix of digetic and non digetic sound in the ident. We had the background sound of the carpark, along with the squeaking of the go-kart pedals and the car at the end driving past. We also had some digetic sounds that we added in. Like the car locking sound and the voice over. Did you add any effects? We added an effect of the car locking and flashing. We firstly created 2 headlight like yellow circles in photoshop. We then added them into after effects and made them flash using key framing. We made them flash to the sound of the car locking. we then added the flash into premire.
